Join a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with Sound Dietitians, LLC, to learn recipes inspired by the Nicoya, Costa Rica Blue Zone. Dive into the cuisine of Nicoya, Costa Rica, one of the world's five Blue Zones. Several healthy meals will be demonstrated, and recipes will be shared with participants.
