February is American Heart Month, making it a perfect time to focus on the impact food choices have on our cardiovascular health. Join us for this class to learn how to prepare meals that focus on adding healthy fats, fibers, and colors onto our plates. Recipes will be shared with participants.
The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health. Recipes from the class will be shared with participants.
