WHO
This training event is limited to 30 seats. Target Audience: local/regional partners from all 5 CT DEMHS Regions, prefer ~6 partners/region, representing at least 5 – 10 municipalities.
WHAT
CYBER NUTMEG is the CT National Guard’s one-day cybersecurity training event focused on assisting town governments to improve their cybersecurity posture. This event will include cybersecurity training, a current cybersecurity threat brief from the CT Intelligence Center (CTIC), and an afternoon tabletop exercise focused on two cybersecurity scenarios.

WHEN

WHY
To receive Cybersecurity Awareness training, a Cybersecurity Threat Briefing, and an afternoon tabletop exercise that includes two scenarios.

There are no prerequisites to fulfill. Simply RSVP and attend this 7-hour event.

Parking
Parking spaces will be reserved for designated areas of the Armory and within the Legislative Office Building (LOB) parking garage, adjacent to the Armory.
Refreshments & Lunch
Limited refreshments will be provided in the morning. Lunch will be provided by the LOB cafeteria for a nominal fee, or you may patron local establishments on Broad Street or bring your own lunch.
