Dallas ISD Spring 2024 Adjunct Residency Program Application Invitation
Dear Future Teacher,
Dallas ISD is proud to announce that we are accepting applicants for our 8th Cohort of the Black and Latino Male Resident Teacher Program. This program is designed to improve student outcomes by accelerating access to effective and diverse teachers. Research has demonstrated that Black and Latino students who have at least one teacher who matches their ethnic background are more likely to graduate from high school, persist in college, and become career ready. Dallas ISD is committed to providing our students with access to a proficient teacher by providing non-traditional candidates with hands-on experience in a paid teacher residency program.
