Students that are interested in STEM or tech careers outside of software engineering are invited to take part in this special event at University of Wisconsin-Madison in Madison, WI

There are a limited number of seats available for this event, so please register early!
Register before March 9, 2019 and for $25*, all students receive a t-shirt, swag, two hours of hands-on programming that teaches them the fundamentals of analytics to create their own dashboard.

Do I need to know how to use a computer before I attend this event?
Girls who have the most fun and are most successful in this workshop have basic computer skills before attending.
These participants are able to navigate and control a computer on their own and understand concepts such as double clicking, clicking and dragging, how to open and close applications, and internet browsers.
What do I do on the day of?
Arrive at 9am for the morning session and 1:30pm for the afternoon session. Follow the signage to the classroom.
We will begin checking students in at 9am and 1:30pm
Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The event is targeted at young women grades 6-8.
What do I need to bring?
If you'd like to bring paper for notes, we recommend a notebook. Bringing a computer is not necessary.
