Directed Retreat - Tyburn Weekend

Join us for a peaceful retreat that includes Mass and personalized spiritual guidance from Fr. Aidan Mulholland. The retreat begins at 6.30 pm on Friday and ends after lunch on Sunday. Please note spaces are limited, so register soon to secure your place.

This is a silent retreat with individual direction each day (roughly 20 to 30 mins). The remainder of the day is at your disposal for prayer/spiritual reading/relaxation. Feel free to join the Mothers (nuns) for prayer (their prayer times are displayed in the breakfast room). Music is played during lunch and supper to complement the silence. 

Arrive anytime from 5:00pm (supper is provided at 6:30pm). You will need to bring a bible and writing/journal material as well as soap, shampoo, toiletries etc and any special dietary items such as specialist teas, or ground coffee. If you are gluten or dairy free please provide your own bread, breakfast cereal, and milk, the Monastery will provide everything else.
