Brooke Sinclair is a Senior EHS Regulatory Specialist and was formerly the Director of Engineering at the Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB), which encompasses about 140 employees performing design, project and program management, inspection, mapping, integrity management, and business analytics for KUB’s natural gas, water, wastewater, and electric systems. She began her career working as a consultant for a local environmental consulting firm and transition to KUB in 2003. She has been the Manager of several departments including Station Management Services, Gas Systems Engineering, and Safety, Security, & Technical Services. She also served as the Assistant to the Chief Engineer and Director of Construction at the KUB. With 24 years in the industry, she has an extensive safety, regulatory, and management background and holds several certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant and Soil Science with a concentration in Environmental Science in 1999 and a Master of Science degree in Safety Management in 2010 both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
