Enforcing the Energy Code—Commercial Buildings is an interactive workshop on enforcing the Energy Code through plan review and on-site inspection.  For the plan review portion of the course, attendees will work in small groups to troubleshoot compliance using mock plans and specifications, typical of commercial building permit applications.  Groups will share their findings and a training instructor will facilitate discussion and lead question and answer.  

 

This workshop, when taken in combination with the Residential workshop, may be used to earn credit for the Energy Code Enforcement Training high-impact action under NYSERDA’s Clean Energy Communities program.
