The ESpanish Blues Festival (ESBF) is one of the oldest blues dance festival in Europe. Started by Alba Mengual and Adamo Ciarallo in 2012, the event would not be the same without the invaluable presence of Gaston Fernandez and Vicci Moore.
Even though ESBF has changed in some way every year, both in response to student feedback and in response to the ever-changing blues dance scene, the main goals of the event is to celebrate the love for blues dancing. This can only be possible in a magical venue like the Big Mama Ballroom and with the contribution of inspiring teachers, outstanding musicians, passionate djs, and most of all wonderful people overall.
