Registration Terms and Conditions
Registration for the RSA and Goode Intelligence Executive Identity & Access Management Roundtable is subject to the following conditions and you should not register unless you agree with these conditions. By registering for this event you are agreeing to these conditions.
RSA and Goode Intelligence accept no liability to any person for loss or damages incurred as a result of reliance upon material contained in these Terms and Conditions.
Conditions of Registration
Every attendee to the Executive Identity & Access Management Roundtable must register using a valid email address, current job title and company name. Your ticket will be emailed to you by Eventzilla and you must present your ticket in order to gain entry to the event.
Your event badge must be worn for admittance and to all sessions. Every person must have their own badge; sharing of badges is not permitted.
By registering for this event you are confirming that you will attend the Executive Identity & Access Management Roundtable. If you are late, entry is not guaranteed although it will be offered wherever possible.
Photographs and/or filming may be taken at this event to be used by Goode Intelligence and/or RSA for publicity purposes. By registering for this event you are providing us with permission for any images to be used for these purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or attendance to any patron.
Smoking is not permitted in the venue.
Mobile phones, pagers, watches and other electronic equipment should be silenced before each discussion/presentation begins.
RSA and Goode Intelligence reserve the right to make any alterations to the advertised agenda rendered necessary by unavoidable causes.
The event is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers are expected to cooperate and follow this Code of Conduct to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

The organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission on its part.
Persons attending the event are responsible for their own valuables. The organisers will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue(s).
The organisers will accept no responsibility for any matters including fire, storm, national emergency, war, labour disputes, strikes or lockouts, civil disturbances, explosion, inevitable accident, force majeure, or any other cause not within the control of the organisers.
Errors
Errors made by you when entering your data, are your responsibility and we will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by the supply of incorrect personal information. It is your responsibility to check that the tickets issued to you are accurate.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be made by you online, by telephone or by email. Should the event be postponed or cancelled for any reason, you will be offered the option to transfer to another Goode Intelligence event.
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend the event after registering, you may send someone of a similar role level in your place. Substitutions must be proposed by emailing michelle.goode@goodeintelligence.com at least three working days before the event.
Your statutory rights are not affected and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
Data Protection
Goode Intelligence is a Goode Media Ltd company and conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998.
Goode Intelligence will collect, use, store and disclose your personal details in accordance with our privacy policy.
Privacy Policy
Goode Intelligence will collect the personal details that you provide during registration for the purposes of providing you with a ticket to the Executive Identity & Access Management Roundtable and post event materials. We may also contact you with related services and/or information from Goode Intelligence. In providing such services and/or information to you we will only use your data in accordance with the terms of the following statement.
This statement sets out below:
· how personally identifiable information of yours is collected
· how the information is used by us
· with whom the information may be shared and for what purpose(s)
· what choices are available to you regarding collection, use and distribution of the information

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We will use your personal information to keep you informed about Executive Identity & Access Management Roundtable, future Goode Intelligence events, and other industry news that we think will be of interest to you.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.Goode Intelligence occasionally runs events in partnership with other professional organisations. In this instance we reserve the right to share your contact details with these third parties, solely for the purpose of providing you with information relating to that event.
The information we will collect about you includes:

· Email address
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our website. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
By disclosing your personal information to us using this website, by email or over the telephone, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by Goode Intelligence in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Correction/updating personal information:
If your personally identifiable information changes (such as a change of your office address), we will endeavour to provide a way to correct, update or remove the personal data provided to us. This can usually be done by emailing michelle.goode@goodeintelligence.com or by calling +44(0) 203 633 1269.
Notification of changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on the Goode Intelligence website so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions and any Contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
