Taught by Kristen Pechacek, Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Anytime Fitness, this hands-on session will walk you through the process of planning and setting up your Facebook advertising campaign from beginning to end through Facebook Business Manager. Key takeaways will include: Facebook ads overview; how to achieve your business objectives using Facebook ads; how to choose an appropriate ad type; how to define your audience (e.g. custom and lookalike audiences); how to use Facebook Pixels; best practice techniques and examples; and how to measure your ad's performance.
You’ll walk away with a 30-day action plan and set of resources that you can start using right away.

Arik is the principal of ACH Communications, a marketing and communications consultancy that helps today’s leading organizations, including Fortune 500 companies like Select Comfort, Walgreens, General Mills, Toro, Cargill and Ingersoll Rand, define and deliver on their digital marketing and communications goals through the right mix of tools and strategies. He is a past board member of the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association and Public Relations Society of America and co-founder of the Minnesota Blogger Conference. Jamie is a director on the digital experience team in the financial services field where he leads web, social media and email marketing as well as digital analytics. He previously worked at Best Buy in a variety of marketing roles and most recently led the social + mobile marketing practice. He recently concluded two terms co-leading programming on the board of directors for the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association and is a member of the SXSW advisory board.
