Film can be a powerful and engaging tool, especially when for breaking down barriers and sparking discussions on challenging topics. In this facilitated screening of Resilience, we will explore how toxic stress wreaks havoc on the brain and bodies of children, placing them at risk for disease, homelessness, prison time, and early death. We will also chronicle a movement that is determined to fight back to protect children from this dark legacy.
