Einherjar. The very word fills us with emotion, and conjures up ideas of heroism. At least it should. Who are the Einherjar? Why are they important? How does one join the elite ranks of these fabled Warriors and defenders of of the Folk, Holy Powers, and existance itself? The AFA and the Viking Brotherhood invite you to join us in feasting and celebration of the Einherjar, the chosen ones who fight beside the Holy Powers at the Twilight of the Gods, and our own Veterans who serve and protect us here and now! Those who sit upon mail cloacked benches, dining upon Saerhimnir, and drinking the finest of Mead, pay a heavy price for their rewards. Some of our friends and family have paid a heavy price! So make no mistake, though we gather for a good time, be prepared for a heavy dose of thinking while we revel. For if one wishes to be counted among the first, one must understand what it really takes. Hail the Einherjar! Hail our Veterans! HAIL!
