Focus B&W Photography Shoot

In keeping with our current FREE competition of B&W photography, the Focus Committee is pleased to offer a free dedicated B&W shoot exclusively for Focus Plus Members. This will be perfect to tryout any ideas you get from attending the B&W Photography presentation by Len Metcalf on Tuesday November 10 ;)

There will be shoot leaders on hand to offer you advise and ideas.

This is a sunrise shoot with no formal arrangements for breakfast afterwards, there are nearby cafes that will cater to your after shoot needs though :)

The shoot location is Little Bay which offers a multitude of compositions and ideas for your photography.

Gear needed: Tripod, Camera, Memory Cards, Spare charged batteries. Filters are optional but will be great if you want to do long exposures.

Meet: Meet at 5:15am on the corner of Murra Murra Place. Please be mindfull of noise as this is a residential area.

COVID-19 Shoots are officially capped at 30 people, including the Shoot Leader, following the latest Government advice which came into effect on 23 October 2020. These limits will be subject to further change and Focus policy will reflect future rules. Focus Shoot Leaders may, in fact, impose a lower limit than this on any individual shoot, on safety grounds, reflecting specific locations and the relative experience of the photographers interested in attending a particular shoot.
