University of Houston Clear Lake (UHCL) is providing a FREE model heat-illness prevention plan and training for small-businesses in the Houston region. The trainings and materials were produced under grant number SH-05032-SH8 from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, U.S. Department of Labor. It does not necessarily reflect the views or policies of the U.S. Department of Labor, nor does mention of trade names, commercial products, or organizations imply endorsement by the U.S. Government.

Directions:
We are located in Clear Lake, Texas off of Bay Area Blvd., just about 3.5 miles east/northeast of the 45 Gulf Freeway. We are about 3 miles west of Red Bluff Rd. It is best to enter through Entrance 3 off Middlebrook Drive, just east of Bay Area Blvd. Parking Lot D is on the right side and there is a KIOSK where you can pay for parking. Please see the maps below.

Parking:
Please use the Parking KIOSK (machine) and park in Parking Lot D off Bayou Road East, near the Recreation Center Building. Parking is $4 (4 h) and $5 (day). OSHA does not cover parking.
Building and room (STEM 3133):
1. From Lot D walk to the Student Recreation Center (Gym).
2. Enter the building and walk to the opposite entrance, then exit other side.
3. Walk towards the adjacent STEM Building.
4. Go up to the third floor. Room 3133 is down the long corridor.
