This webinar reviews definitions of cultural competence and provides a review of related concepts that address critiques of cultural competence. The concepts include Intersectionality, Implicit Bias and Cultural Humility.
Training Objectives: Participants will become familiar with definitions of cultural competence and a number of related concepts such as Intersectionality, Implicit Bias and Cultural Humility.
Participants will become familiar with practice principals and skills for culturally responsive child welfare practice.
