This training is for FSEs who will be installing the new Wide Format Plus machines as a part of the Early Adopter Program. Participants should be specific to upcoming installs if possible. This training will define the necessary differences between the previous model Wide Format Printers and the new Wide Format Plus Model Printers.
- During Field Service Engineer Training our EFI trainers provide trainees with the knowledge and skills required to service EFI printers.
- To receive a two-year certification at the end of this course, the FSE must pass the online assessment with 80% score or higher. After the two years have passed the FSE will be notified, and they will be able to re-certify for another 2-year span.
- Dress Code: Trainees are to wear pants or garment that fully covers legs and close-toe shoes. Safety PPE will be provided.
- Meals: Lunch will be provided each day of training.
