Schenectady Bridges exists to build bridges that support individuals from our community as they move from poverty to sustainability. Utilizing the Bridges Out of Poverty constructs as a foundation, Schenectady Bridges will collaboratively and innovatively build resources and remove barriers through dynamic programmatic and economic development leading to individual, organizational, and community-wide wellness, opportunity, and transformation. Build relationships & empower individuals Improve outcomes throughout organizations Influence & improve systems at the community/policy level Utilize Bridges Out of Poverty constructs to develop a common service culture throughout the community with a “common language & lens”. Commitment to cooperation, coordination, and collaboration across all sectors and all levels of the community.
