Namaste...and play with baby goats, the dairy girls, and our mini pig!
Join us for a 50 minute Vinyasa inspired yoga practice under the cover of our semi-warm hoophouse.
Please bring your own mat or towel, water, and sense of humor. Baby goats are adorable creatures yes, but they also have no personal boundaries and lean toward the zombie end of interaction (ie: IN YOUR FACE).
After yoga you are welcome to wander around the farm and meet the other animals and try our cheese!
- Can we just come and pet the goats without yoga? I don't really do yoga.
Goat Yoga is a very casual fun environment. You are welcome to just sit, meditate and pet the goats but you do have to still sign up for a class.
- Are there any bathrooms?
What kind of goats are they?
We have all the goats. Nubians, Nigerians, LaManchas, Guernseys, Alpines, Saanens, and crosses of all of these. Basically, we love goats and we don't like to discriminate.
Yes, poo happens. But goat poop is no more offensive than a spilled box of milk duds.
Are spectators allowed at Goat Yoga?
We understand that many people come to goat yoga and don't want to do yoga. You still need to pay for the class, we have a limited amount of people that will fit in our yoga space.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
For everyone's safety, we prefer that participants are at least 10 years old and comfortable around animals. They should be able to make it through a fun yoga class and not wander around.
What can I bring into the event?
Bring a yoga mat, some water, something to take pictures with, and a sense of humor.
