We’ve got a hill. And we’re daring you to climb it. Every hour, on the hour, until only one remains.

This isn’t your average last-person-standing event—it’s a grueling test of mental and physical endurance like no other. 

  • 4.2km distance, relentless 266-meter elevation gain each lap
  • Bring a sheltered & stocked camping setup to rest & refuel between laps
  • Set up a base of operations for your support crew to keep you in the game

The rules are straightforward but unforgiving:

❌ Fail to complete the circuit within the hour? Disqualified.

❌ Miss the start line before the next hour begins? You’re out.

❌ Can’t hack it anymore? Game over.

 

This race doesn’t just test your legs; it tests your resolve. How long can you push? A few hours? A few days? Until there’s no one left but you?

Mandatory Gear Summary

Below is the gear you need to carry on your person during the event.

The full mandatory/banned gear list will be emailed to you at a later date.

 

Mandatory Gear (on person)

  • Running shoes (trail shoes recommended)
  • Race bib (supplied)  
  • Headtorch / Flashlight (between 8pm - 8am)
  • Emergency whistle 
  • Clothing that covers your private parts
  • Mobile Phone

Race Rules Summary

Here’s the lowdown on what you gotta know:

1. Climb the hill and complete the loop within one hour.

2. Return to the starting line at the beginning of each hour or face elimination.

3. Once the loop is completed, and you have crossed the starting line, you are free to do as you please with your remaining time (e.g., sleep, eat, cry, etc.).

4. Failing to return to the starting line before the hour's end will result in elimination.

5. Violating the designated course will lead to elimination.

6. Behave inappropriately, and you will be asked to leave.

7. No assistance is allowed, meaning no hiking poles, being carried, etc.
8. After 24 hours, the race gets tougher with a 1-minute delayed start from Lap 25, increasing by 1 minute per lap up to a 24-minute cap, reducing the time left to complete each lap.

Ticket Transfer Policy

If you can't attend the event you have the option to transfer your ticket to another nominated participant of your choice. Please email us so that we can change the name on the ticket.
