Join us for our Second Annual Harvest Dinner!

It has been a busy year in the vineyard, we are growing and we plan to celebrate by offering a delicious wine-pairing event with family-style seating!

Wine tastings (3 oz pours each) will be offered with each course.

The menu is crafted by Slice Versa Catering:

What we'll be serving:

STARTER

Pimento Cheese and Buttermilk Biscuit 

Slice Versa Pimento Cheese, handmade buttermilk biscuits 

Paired with welcome glass of Sparkling Vidal Blanc

 

SALAD

Kale Caesar Salad

Massaged laminate kale, Slice Versa caesar dressing, croutons, parmesan cheese, lemon 

Paired with Chardonnay

 

MAIN

Short Rib and Grits

Beef short rib, braised in red wine, tomato, mirepoix, and thyme, served on Deep Roots Milling Yellow Corn Grits with butter and cheddar. 

Paired with Petit Verdot

 

PIZZA

FULL SPECKtrum pizza

Local apple butter, gruyere, Swiss, mozzarella, smoked Speck, arugula, maple vinaigrette, parmesan

Paired with Riva Road 

 

DESSERT

Carrot Cake

Slive Versa Heritage 200 year old carrot cake recipe with cream cheese frosting

Paired with Edgewater Red

 

Tickets are $80 per person ($75 for Wine Club).  SEATING IS EXTREMELY LIMITED.  Reserve your space today!  

Reservations are $20 per person ($10 for Wine Club), which will then be applied towards your final bill charged at the end of the dinner.
