Anxiety and depression disrupt our daily life, sometimes quite significantly. Oftentimes efforts to change our internal self-talk and negative emotions can be overwhelming and insufficient. Grief, stress, and difficulty can be compiled with the approaching holiday season. Join us as we invite Christ to bring insight, provide comfort, and illicit growth through the creative processes of prayer, art, and group discussion.
We know that people are hurting, and it's our mission to see them live wholly, empowered, and free in Christ. We are licensed clinical counselors and ministry leaders that have a heart and knowledge of true integration of faith and counsel and the interaction of spiritual, emotional, and physical health.
