This Memorial Day, join Alina's Light for a unique journey of healing and self-expression through NeuroGraphic Art with NeuroArtist Zoya R. Yurk, Certified NeuroGraphica Specialist.

What to Expect:

Conversation with Alina’s Light art wellness team: Elly Sheykhet and Zoya R. Yurk and introduction into the method of Neurographic Art. Elly is a From Grief to Gratitude Certified Grief Coach with a great passion for helping others heal, and Zoya is Art Life Coach and Certified NeuroGraphica Specialist effectively working with Neurographica as an effective art wellness program.

Combining art and psychology, NeuroGraphica provides you with direct access to your inner self (the subconscious). The drawing technique we will use in this class will enable you to ease stress, increase vitality, and remove internal limitations you may not be consciously aware of.

More about Neurographic Art:

NeuroGraphica ©  is an innovative drawing method developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev, PhD. It deals directly with our emotions and impressions in a thought-free way, bypassing our analytical mind.

The method relies on the brain's ability to change itself in relation to our changing environment. The method uses simple abstract drawing, the NeuroGraphic line, rounding the corners and 8-step formula, which is called the Basic Algorithm. When we apply this knowledge and observe ourselves, healing takes place. The mind becomes more relaxed, tension subsides, and our perception of many things changes.
