This Valentine's Day, join us for a unique journey of healing and self-discovery.  Our Healing HeARTS Workshop is crafted with love for those navigating the path of grief and heartbreak.

What to Expect:

  • Conversation with Alina’s Light art wellness team: Elly Sheykhet and Sasha Phillips. Elly is a From Grief to Gratitude Certified Grief Coach with a great passion for helping others heal, and Sasha holds Masters degrees in Psychology and Art and has developed unique and effective art wellness programming for trauma and high stress.
  • Gentle guided meditation to reconnect with your body and soul.
  • Expressive arts therapy for cathartic release and creative expression.
  • Guided group discussions to share stories and foster a supportive community. Mindfulness practices to cultivate inner peace and resilience.

Alina was passionate about theater and performing arts, and she loved children and animals. The mission of Alina’s Light is to honor Alina’s legacy by raising awareness & promoting domestic violence education through outreach, scholarships & donations.
