Rufus Glassco is one of the leading therapeutic drummers in Canada, and has been facilitating HealthRHYTHMS and Rhythm to Recovery drum circles for health and wellness for 16 years. They are proven to significantly lower stress hormones, and provide a strong boost to the immune system. He has worked with Wellspring Cancers support centres and the Toronto Alzheimer's Society offering therapeutic drum circle for well over a decade.
