About the presenter:

Anna Sandbank, LCSW, INHC, NBC-HWC

Anna is a certified integrative health, wellness and lifestyle coach with expertise that also includes over 20 years as a licensed clinical social worker. In 2016, she founded her business, Well Within Coaching, which now serves other practitioners and helping professionals prevent burnout and achieve work-life integration through practical lifestyle change. She decided to become a health coach to fulfill her passion for serving others as they reach their highest potential and as a way to “be the change”.

Anna offers private coaching to support clients in living their healthiest life and reaching their goals and dreams. In addition to her individual work with clients, Anna leads creative, thought-provoking groups, and enjoys collaborating with other professionals.

Anna received her health coach training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and graduated in 2016 as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She is also a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider through the Leslie Korn Institute for Integrative Medicine. She went on to receive an advanced coaching certificate (IIN) and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. She has completed over 200 hours of additional training in coaching, lifestyle medicine, mindfulness and meditation, mind-body connection, emotional wellbeing, and integrative nutrition. Anna obtained her Master of Social Work from Boston University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wheaton College in MA.

She has a strong belief in the power of community and in personal growth and transformation. Anna is committed to her own self-care and mindfulness practices and feels it is a privilege to support others in their wellness journey.
