ICS-300 Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents

Course Description
The Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents course provides training on and resources for personnel who require advanced application of the ICS. The course expands upon information covered in the ICS 100 and ICS 200 courses. This class delivery will be taught over 1 evening and 2 consecutive Saturdays.
Target Audience/Disciplines:
Law Enforcement, Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Management Agency, Fire Service, hazardous materials (HAZMAT), Public Works, Government Administrative, Public Safety Communications, Health Care, and Public Health
Prerequisites:
ICS 300 is designed for candidates that have also successfully completed the ICS 100 and ICS 200 courses offered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP). Command or General Staff experience is recommended.
Participant Requirements:
Agency-prescribed dress or uniform, business casual for class is appropriate for inside training. Students will be required to participate in evaluated class exercises and successfully pass a written final exam.
March 2 – 1800 – 2200 hours
March 7 – 0800 – 1700 hours
March 14 – 0800 – 1700 hours
