Are you frustrated when you finish a creative session without satisfying results? Same ideas as usual? Maybe you blame poor facilitation or team communication, or do you simply think that the magic of post-its and flip charts all over doesn’t work anymore? During our short workshop, we will share with you some tools from Design Thinking that will help you facilitate creative sessions, come up with new ideas in a short time, look at your challenge from different perspectives, build a great team - and even have fun!
Who is this training for?
Those who struggle in their daily work with creating new, fresh ideas; those who facilitate meetings and/or manage creative teams.
During the course you will:

Understand what is creativity: chaos within structure

Get to know warm-up tools - how to bring good energy to the team and stimulate good dynamic

Dive deep in ideation tools far beyond brainstorming

Learn how to validate ideas by developing them into fast and dirty prototypes
Beside this, you will receive a pdf with all the methods used during the workshop!

Who are the facilitators:
Magdalena Jakubowska: Dedicated to develop memorable user experiences using design research, co-creation and prototyping. Since 2010 I design and facilitate adult learning experiences following human-centred methodologies like Design Thinking.
Piotr Gawel: Social psychologist passionate about creativity and social innovation. I am addicted to creative energy of co-creation!
