Kristy has laboratory experience as an analytical chemist with safety and industrial hygiene duties and experience in handling and shipping samples and hazardous materials.

Rich is an experienced health and safety project manager relating to industrial indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments, hygiene exposure assessments, hazardous material surveys, microbial remediation, asbestos abatement projects, and indoor environmental quality (IEQ) investigations. He currently serves as the EnSafe Health and Safety group Service Line Lead for Asbestos, Lead, and Indoor Air-Quality. Rich also serves as a project manager for the State of Tennessee Department of General Services and the manager of the Tennessee Valley Authority Industrial Hygiene services contract. Additionally, Rich serves a wide and diverse client base and is part of the local outreach team dedicated to business development. Rich has a combined 22 years of experience in the construction and consulting industries.
