It's a TAF Thang! We had so much fun at our 20th anniversary celebration, we're keeping the party going and want our original and fresh TAF supporters to come out and party with us!
We're bringing it back to where it all got started - in the Columbia City neighborhood in 1996 and with the original party TAF theme.
Join us for an evening of music, dancing and fun with the headline performance by Seattle's own soulful and eclectic Black Stax, and featuring eBellz, DJ Amon and more. Reminiscent of an old school basement party, come out and vibe with the #TeamTAF crew. After all, It's a TAF Thang!

TAF is a nonprofit organization with a mission to to equip students of color for success in college and life through the power of a STEM education. In our 19 years of service, we've provided technical and STEM education to over 4,100 students by way of 11 programs. We've been game changers by opening the first school co-managed by a public school and a non-profit in Washington State. On an even greater scale, we've partnered with public schools and transformed them using our award-winning STEMbyTAF learning model - a project-based way of teaching and learning that allows students to learn through their own inspirations and interests, combining class room instruction with out-of-classroom experiences. We've experiences great success thus far. 95% of our TAF Academy students graduate, and of those, 100% are accepted and go on to college. Our impact reaches farther than test scores and statistics though. Our students re-engage in their communities, many of which who return to TAF as instructors, volunteers, board members, and more. Our community partners see the value in investing in their future industry leaders and believe in creating an equal playing field for all students to succeed. This formula, of uniting project-based STEM education with public school systems, communities, and businesses works. We've done all this and we're just getting started. Join us for another 20 years where we are set to affect another 20,000 students through school transfo
