July 17: Join us to learn about kitchen sense & how to be a germ buster. The group will get to make Berry Green Smoothies to sample.
Ketchup’s Healthy Cousin
July 24: Where does my food come from? Learn about what is grown in Iowa, sample from the garden and try local foods. We will make Farmers’ Market Salsa to try.
Not Your Ordinary Salad
July 31: Find out about the incredible, edible food group and make a delicious salad that includes all the food groups.
