What is Kids Night Out?
Kids Night Out is a fun evening of Halloween-themed games, crafts, and a movie for 5-11 year old kids. The children have a blast as parents enjoy an evening to themselves!

How much does the event cost?
The cost is $5 per child for 3 hours of childcare and planned activities. The proceeds will help pay for snacks and pizza for the evening. Please pay in cash when you drop off your child.
Who will watch my child?
All of the volunteers are adults who attend the church. All adults have passed a background check and have clearances. Among the volunteers are Elementary School teachers, Occupational Therapists, and even a gymnastics coach! There will be a ratio of at least 1 adult per 7 children at all times if we have our maximum number of children (35).
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are accepted on the evening of the event at 6:30 pm as long as we are under our maximum capacity of 35 children. We strongly encourage you to register ahead of time to secure a spot for your child!
What will my child do during Kids Night Out?
Here's a preview of our schedule of activities for the evening:
6:00pm- 6:30pm
Check In at Jillian's Cafe: Children will receive a name tag and participate in a starter activity in the Sunday School Room
6:30pm- 7:00pm
Craft time in the Sunday School Room
7:00pm-7:30pm
Group Games in Jillian's Cafe
7:30pm-7:50pm
Snack, Socialization, and Free Play in Sunday School Room
7:50pm-8:50pm
Movie in Jillian's Cafe
8:50-9:10
Pick-up in Jillian's Cafe
Do I need to be a member of your church for my child to attend Kids Night Out?
You do not need to be a member. We invite all to attend!
CANCELLATION POLICY
**There must be a minimum of 8 children registered in order to hold the event. If less than 8 children are registered by 10/14, we will cancel the event and notify you on 10/15 of the cancellation.
If something comes up and your child cannot attend, we encourage you to cancel your spot (or email ckp5021@gmail.com) so that others may sign up to take your place!
