Are you looking to improve your vaults? Join special guest instructor Tyler Gatewood, at Shinobi School, for this kong-vault workshop where you will learn techniques to help you fly over obstacles before you!
This workshop is heavily focused on the kong vault, explaining in heavy detail the steps to obtaining a clean vault and individual drills to practice the steps. Tyler will also go over various types of reverse vaults, as well as the popular Spanish reverse vault.
Tyler Gatewood has been training Parkour and Freerunning for 8 years and is a Bang Energy sponsored athlete and member of SoFlo movement. Being half Spainiard, his movement and style is heavily influenced by the Spanish movement. He travels to Spain once a year to train and learn from the community there.
