“Great leaders first lead themselves- leadership development is self-development”-

Kouzes and Posner.

The first step to being a great leader is to recognize where you are on your leadership journey and where you need to grow. To build credibility, leaders need to be trusted and knowledgeable. Once you have credibility, you can focus on the environment you create to foster leadership in yourself and others.

Participants can expect the following from the workshop:

  • Build confidence in your own leadership strengths and recognize areas for growth
  • Develop strategies to build buy-in with your team
  • Have an action plan for your next steps to begin the process of building your skills to be a more effective leader and developing your team's leadership skills
  • Understand the foundations and research on effective leaders
  • Share resources and tools
