Recent events surrounding the unjust killing of Black Americans has created a moment of civil unrest and engagement which few of us have witnessed first-hand. We are called, as individuals and as organizations, to learn the history that has brought us to this moment. We must understand how bias and privilege affects the work we do and how we show up as colleagues, co-workers, and managers. In this two-hour presentation, we'll learn how each of us can act as allies and agents of change to create the racial equity called for by this moment.
Strategic Diversity Initiatives founder Anne Phibs has been training on Diversity and Inclusion topics for over 25 years.
Webinar will be shared with participants approximately one week prior to the class.
