LEAD brings together hundreds of social work students and professionals in our State capital of Trenton. The event is intended to further social work students’ knowledge of the legislative process, grassroots advocacy and major statewide policy initiatives. Attendees will hear from an array of passionate speakers from the government sector, community organizers and advocates.
In order to support some of the activities we have planned, we will need to limit registration to the first 200 people to register. In past years, we have experienced a large number of no-shows, so please do not register unless you are certain you will attend. If you are not positive you will be able to attend, please allow space for others to register.
Check-in begins at 9:00 a.m.
The program will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m and end between 2:00 - 3:00 PM
Lunch will be provided.
