This talk will provide a general introduction to the non-Lacanian landscape of French psychoanalysis from the 1960s to the present, and will consider what we in the US might learn from deeper exposure to this body of work. Finally we will think about how such exposure might inform clinical practice in potentially fruitful ways.
 

About our speaker:

Corbin Quinn, MSW, PhD is a therapist in full-time private practice. Prior to becoming a therapist, Corbin was an assistant professor of French at Florida State University.
