BANT events are focused upon equipping Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine practitioners with new science-based knowledge and insights on dedicated topics, together with the confidence to apply these within their clinical practice. All nutrition and lifestyle medicine practitioners are welcomed.

  • How can practitioners support clients to improve liver health and reduce and mitigate toxic load?
  • What are the most effective dietary and supplementation interventions?
  • What functional testing is helpful, when and why?
  • What lifestyle practices, such as exercise and sauna, do support detoxification?
  • What is within scope for nutritional therapy, and when it is appropriate to involve or refer to other professionals?
