The loss control and safety class is designed to help agents see the value of helping their clients establish a safe working environment for their employees. The agent will be able to work with their clients to develop loss control programs techniques that will have a positive impact financially for their clients. Agents will have a better understanding of safety programs, incident reporting, return to work programs, OSHA, establishing a safety culture through management involvement, safety procedures and rules. What makes this class so important is that carriers don’t always offer loss control services to small and medium sized companies. Now the agent will be better equipped to help the sized clients create a safer working environment.
Please note that this class is filed for continuing education credits only in the states of Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin.
