Brian Weingart

Coach Weingart is entering his fourth season at Madison High School, where has elevated the program's winning percentage from .434 to .680 over his first three years. The 2024 season was particularly successful, with the Dodgers achieving 17 wins and securing a conference championship with a 9 - 1 record. He has a proven track record of developing college baseball players, having sent four to play at the collegiate level, building on his previous success at Mendham High School, where nine of his former players advanced to college baseball. In his second season at Madison, the team's winning percentage rose from .430 to .640, and under his leadership, the baseball program has launched summer and fall teams, incorporating incoming freshmen and a comprehensive developmental program for returning players. Additionally, during his time as an assistant coach in Cranford, his teams clinched the Group III state championships in 2012 and 2013, finishing the latter year ranked #1 in New Jersey. Coach Weingart was honored in 2022 as a member of the Cranford High School Hall of Fame, recognized for his role in the 1997 Group III State Championship baseball team.
