This workshop (1 p.m. – 4 p.m.) is designed for municipal staff in the Lambton County / Sarnia-area whose work connects with asset management. This can include staff from various departments (finance, public works, administration, etc.) and levels.
The workshop will present a framework to evaluate asset risks and then use that information to support decision-making as part of the budget and asset lifecycle management process.
