Making the Move to IPv6: A Pennsylvania School District Journey

As IPv4 exhaustion becomes more and more imminent, network operators across the globe are taking a closer look at transitioning to IPv6. Here in Pennsylvania, there are still many universities, schools, hospitals, libraries and other organizations that haven’t moved to IPv6 yet. In this webinar, hear from Mike Graham, Director of Technology at Hempfield School District about how the district transitioned to IPv6 and their experiences in migrating and using IPv6 address space. Mike will be joined by Mike DeBakey, Network and Voice Engineer, Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit IU13 and Zach Bare, KINBER Network Engineer, who combined will discuss how and why moving to IPv6 is important and what you can do now to begin to transition your organization today.
