This Vision Board Workshop with Grace Harrington Murdoch, is designed to help you focus your energy, set meaningful intentions, and bring your dreams to life. Through a combination of guided exercises & creative exploration you’ll leave feeling inspired and ready to create the life you desire. In this workshop, you’ll begin by reflecting on what truly matters to you, whether it’s in your career, relationships, health, or personal growth or all of the above!
Once you’ve clarified your vision, you’ll channel your creativity to craft a personalized vision board filled with imagery, words, and colors that reflect your deepest desires for the year ahead. We’ll learn how to use affirmations and visualization techniques to strengthen your connection to your goals as well. At the end I will also pull an oracle card for each of you to help bring focus to the inner work you will be doing to help your dreams manifest this year.
This workshop is an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and uplifting environment. And of course to play & be creative! Vision boarding is a very intuitive process.
