Join us to learn about the different between mediation and arbitration. Mediation and an arbitration are both ways to resolve a conflict or dispute between two parties. One of the main differences is that arbitration is legally binding. By tuning in you will learn how to determine which is the best method to resolve your issue, how to find a mediator or an arbitrator and what the stardards are for each.  You will have to opportunity to speak with attorneys during a brief Q&A following the presentation

*Attorneys can earn CLE credited hours for State Bar of Texas sponsored by the Houston Bar Association for attending this AMOS workshop.
