Menopause with Kate McCarthy, Ellie Brown, Lorraine Nicolle and Zannie Krogh. The programme will address the medical aspects ( HRT etc) of menopause as well as looking at nutrition and exercise to manage weight, glucose control, mood, sleep for a healthy menopause.
