The training for supervisors in the Federal Government will focus on Merit System Principles and Prohibited Personnel Practices - "What you should know and management practices to avoid." This training will provide an overview on the Merit Systems Protection Board and what practices management should be aware of and avoid when working with employees.
This training is recommended for supervisors, managers, and team leads within the Federal Government.
The mission of the Merit Systems Protection Board is to "Protect the Merit System Principles and promote an effective Federal workforce free of Prohibited Personnel Practices." MSPB's vision is "A highly qualified diverse Federal workforce that is fairly and effectively managed, providing excellent service to the American people."
