Course Content
· A brief historic overview of Mindfulness.
· Light, gentle, seated grounding (breathing) exercises.
· Personal resilience.
· How our mind got separated from our body.
· A short, guided meditation.
No pre-existing interest or practise in Mindfulness is required.
