MLHC Pre-Conference Workshop in Collaboration with the American Medical Association (AMA)
Title: How will generative AI change healthcare?
Goals:
- To introduce clinicians to how generative AI will change medicine
- To expose participants to a hands-on tutorial on clinical red teaming of LLM’s
We welcome the AMA, as our Silver Sponsor for 2024, to provide the following talks:
· Dr. Frederick Chen: Opening Remarks on the Importance of Medical Ethics
· Dr. Margaret Lozovatsky and Christopher Khoury: AMA’s Perspective on AI in Medicine for Physicians and Developers
· Dr. Kimberly Lomis: Training the next generation of physicians
This will be then followed by a hands-on, group exercise on red teaming LLMs supported by the Vector Institute for AI and Open AI. We encourage participants to bring laptops.
