It's Martin Luther King Jr. Service Day. Make it a day on, not a day off. Come together to support literacy in our community. Dress up as your favorite book character, then come read a chapter or the book out loud!

Recommended for all ages. Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult volunteer. This is a no-frills service opportunity. Please bring anything you will need to be comfortable, wear appropriate attire and closed-toe shoes. If you have an HOTC tshirt (any year, any program), this would be a great time to wear it! 2016/17 HOTC Tshirts available on a first-come, first-served basis for volunteers who did not receive one at a previous volunteer event day (while supplies last). Groups larger than 10 interested in volunteering should call the HOTC office at 226-5200.
