My 20+ year career has been focused on enterprise Windows management. I understand the challenges in managing a global desktop and how ultimately it's about our customer having the tools they need to keep the company successful. I've worked internally as a senior level contributor and technical lead, as a consultant running Windows migrations and as a pre-sales engineer helping customers champion change to their leadership. I love the challenge of making an end-user desktop that is as flexible as your iPad but helps you get anything you need done.

Current focus is on WaaS, keeping a very large bank's Windows 10 machines (400k) on the "H2 / Fall" versions of Windows 10, leveraging Task Sequences. Recently joined the Recast Software team, excited to be on a team that brings additional functionality, or greatly simplifying the current technology to empower ConfigMgr admins to best utilize their time. If you spend any time with me, you will quickly learn that I have a passion for Modern Endpoint Management. My path in life hasn’t really been traditional, but that has given me the unique perspectives on how to accomplish most tasks. Throughout the past several years I have had the opportunity to learn how to manage devices in a modern environment from the ground up. I truly believe that Modern Endpoint Administrators can be a catalyst for organizational change. We are on the cutting edge of workforce mobility, identity security, and information protection. If we do our jobs well, we can help our organizations become more flexible, more secure, and more agile. My passion is in helping to tell that story of digital transformation. Through Microsoft’s Enterprise Mobility and Security Suite we can provide access to our data while keeping it secure. Our users want us to provide a secure foundation that enables them to work more efficiently. We have the tools available to do that, and I love being able to create and provide solutions that help to drive an evolving workforce.

Most recently I've been in a "Desktop Engineer" role where I am in charge of our System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environment. Since taking this role I've re-architect and created a new instance of our SCCM to the current branch (CB) using Microsoft Best practices. I've spent a lot of time re-organizing and standardizing our processes to give us a better and more reliable experience. This has been a struggle from the start but we're starting to reap the rewards of "doing it right" and not the easy/lazy way. In general I'm an easy going person who likes a challenge which originally pulled me into the tech industry. My passion for growth and knowledge has helped propel my career and has provided me with new opportunities to challenge myself. My current personal mission is to "Automate all the things!" through the use of power shell. Outside of work I enjoy quality craft beers, trail running (ultra marathoner!), cycling/mountain biking, snowboarding and listening to live music.
